How do I add a new vehicle to my Autopay account?

To add a vehicle:

1. Log in to your Hozah account at https://account.hozah.com/.
2. Go to the Vehicles section.
3. Select the green “+ Add Vehicle” button.
4. Enter your vehicle registration (VRM) and select “Lookup”.
5. Check that the vehicle details displayed are correct, then select “Yes” to confirm.
6. Tick “Yes, turn on autopay” to activate Autopay for the vehicle.
7. Once successfully added, the vehicle will appear in your Vehicles section, and you will see the message “VRM was added successfully.”

If you would like to remove or deactivate a vehicle from your Hozah Autopay account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Hozah account at https://account.hozah.com/
2. Go to the Vehicles section and select the vehicle you would like to manage.
3. To deactivate Autopay while keeping the vehicle on your account, select “Autopay is On” and then select the tick/check button. This will make the vehicle inactive on your Autopay account.
4. To completely remove the vehicle, select “Remove Vehicle”, enter the vehicle registration when prompted, and select “Yes, remove it” to confirm.
